Building Outside view Foodcourt Classroom Showroom Rest Roomsı Cutting Offices Lectra Production Finish OUR PLANT: We have 4 floors and at each floor there are different divisions. - 4. floor : Showroom, resting rooms, foodcourt, social places and education rooms ; - 3.floor : management offices, model design rooms, lectra, cutting and warehouses; - 2. floor : offices, production plants and warehouses; - 1st floor : control, ironing, quality check, finishing, packagind and delivery branches . According to the production flow chart, after cutting, the product is sent to one floor down, afterwards, it goes to finishind and than delievered from the truck door. Now, let's see the divisions by pictures : 4th Floor Social Places and Education Rooms At teh foodcourt we have a special and perfectly healthy kitchen. Morining tea, lunch and late tea for our employees fun at the social places. Our education rooms for employess add them knowledge regularly. 4th Floor Showroom and Resting Rooms Our guests are welcome here and they can see most of our production line at the showroom. Our guests may stay at our resting rooms. 3rd Floor Offices Accounting, planning, exporting and purchasing departments are at this floor. 3rd Floor Cutting Accounting, planning, exporting and purchasing departments are at this floor. 3rd Floor Design and Lectra Accounting, planning, exporting and purchasing departments are at this floor. 2nd Floor Production At the production floor, every details are checked and implemented bu our staff. Here is some of them * Everyday, we take care of all machines, and every 15 days there is general machinary check is available at the factory. * The scissors are set on the machines. * The necessary repairs shoul be done out of the office hours. * The oil lines of the machines are regularly checked. * The white colour products are covered always. * To save the dust arouns, the floors are cleaned with heated water. * All accessories like buttons should be anti-nickel. * The knives of the machines are regularly checked. *For drawing the lines, European special pen shoud be used. 1st Floor Finishing and Delivery The finalized products are rechecked at this floor, and if there is any problem at the products, those are not delivered to the customer. The problems which are registered are distributed to the department chief's. The finalized perfect products are stickered and delivered.
